Without the contract

Most corporate healthcare is sold as an annual scheme: a headcount, a minimum spend, and a year's commitment before anyone is seen.

We do not work that way. There is no account to open, no minimum volume and no retainer. Tell us what you need and we quote for it. If that is one D4 medical for one driver, fine. If it is an assessment day for forty people, also fine.

You get a named clinic to deal with rather than a portal, and the doctor who sees your staff is the one who writes the report.

Workplace assessment days

We come to you and see staff on site, which is usually the most economical option once you are assessing more than a handful of people.

How it works

Four steps, no paperwork first

You do not need to set anything up before getting a quote. Send us the requirement and we will come back with a cost and a turnaround.

From enquiry to report

1.Send us the role, the form, or the standard you need to meet.
2.We confirm what the assessment involves, the cost per head and the turnaround.
3.Staff are seen at Nine Elms, at your workplace, at home or by video.
4.You receive the report or signed certificate. We invoice you, not your staff.

Where

Three ways to see your staff

At our clinic

28–29 Wilcox Close, Nine Elms SW8 2UD. Bloods, ECG, spirometry, audiometry and vision testing all on site, so most assessments finish in one appointment.

At your workplace

On-site assessment days anywhere in London. Usually the cheapest option per head, and your staff lose far less working time.

By video

Anywhere in the UK, for consultations, absence reviews and follow-up where a physical examination is not needed.

Questions

Common questions

Do we need a contract or a minimum spend?

No. There is no account to open, no minimum headcount and no retainer. You pay for the assessments you use.

How much does it cost?

Statutory medicals are fixed: D4 at £135, safety critical at £115, chain of custody drug testing from £117. Everything else is quoted against what you actually need. Send us the requirement and we will come back with a figure.

Can you come to our workplace?

Yes, anywhere in London. On-site days are usually the most economical option once you are assessing more than a few people.

How quickly can you see someone?

Same-day appointments are usually available at the clinic, including Saturday mornings. On-site days are arranged around your schedule.

Do you invoice us or the employee?

Whichever you prefer. For corporate work we normally invoice the employer directly.

Do you provide written reports?

Yes. Fitness for work assessments, absence reviews and insurance medicals all come with a written report.

What about staff outside London?

Video consultations are available anywhere in the UK. Assessments requiring a physical examination need to be at our clinic or at your workplace.

Is any of this VAT-able?

It depends on the assessment. Medicals not directly related to maintaining or improving health (the UN medical, for instance) are subject to VAT. We will make the position clear in your quote.

Tell us what you need

Send us the role, the form or the standard, and we will confirm the cost and turnaround before anything is booked.
