Fitting a GP appointment around your day
We are open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, so an appointment can go before work, at lunchtime or at the end of the day.
We are at 28–29 Wilcox Close in Nine Elms, SW8 2UD. The nearest stations are Nine Elms (Northern line) and Vauxhall (Victoria line and National Rail). Health screens come back the same day, and most other blood tests the next working day.
The appointment is not rushed, which is the actual point. Time to cover everything you came in with, and to be told honestly when the answer is that nothing needs doing.
Two ways to be seen

Most things can be dealt with by video for the same £89. Anything needing an examination or a sample needs a visit.

Same-day appointments
Usually available at short notice, in person or by video.
Blood tests
Health screens back the same day, most other tests the next working day.
Sexual health
Same-day STI testing, results in four to six hours, with a GP rather than a queue.
Sporting medicals
Certificates for races and events, including the Italian federation certificate.
Work and visa medicals
Pre-employment, DVLA D4 and visa examinations, with ECG on site and chest x-rays through our imaging partner.
Children
Seen from newborn upwards, with a parent or guardian present.
Prescriptions
Collecting your prescription in Clapham and Clapham Junction
Prescriptions are included in the £89 consultation. Seen in person, you leave with a prescription to take to a pharmacy. Seen by video, you receive a prescription code that you can take to any pharmacy.

Where is the clinic?

Can I get a blood test result the same day?
For health screens and sexual health screens, yes: they come back in four to six hours. Most other blood panels return the next working day. A morning appointment gives the best chance of a same-day result.
Do you do evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. Evening and Saturday appointments are £109 rather than £89. Saturday mornings are 10am to 1pm, and they book up, so it is worth asking early in the week.
Is it worth coming in, or should I book a video call?
If it needs looking at, listening to, or a sample taking, come in. If it is advice, a repeat prescription, a sick note or discussing results, video does the job for the same £89. If you are not sure, book the video consultation and we will bring you in if needed.
